Feeling tired after a day of activities is a natural thing, because the body spends quite a lot of energy. But what happens when people always feel tired all day?
Each time the person doing the work, the body spends quite a lot of energy. With proper nutrition, energy loss can be recovered and re-powered body.
But even with good food and sufficient rest, most are still experiencing feelings of fatigue, even during the day and usually also accompanied by pain in the body, dizziness and eye fatigue.

1. Anemia
Red blood cells carry oxygen to all body cells. Oxygen needed to burn food in the cells that produce energy releases. Anemia is a condition of a lack of red blood cells, then the person will usually suffer from anemia often feel tired.
2. Diabetes
Glucose is the fuel of the energy released in the cells because of the presence of oxygen. People with type-2 diabetes have high blood glucose levels, because the body can not use this glucose to provide energy. Therefore, individuals with type-2 diabetes complained of feeling tired all the time.
3. Hypothyroidism
The thyroid is a small gland located in front of the neck. This gland secretes hormones that regulate metabolism. When a person suffers from hypothyroidism have thyroid hormone deficiency that causes fatigue at any time.
4. Sleep disorders
Sleep disorders like sleep apnea and insomnia can also cause feelings of constant fatigue. Sleep is used for the proper functioning of the body back, body cells to repair and rejuvenate themselves. While the people who suffer from lack of sleep due to insomnia, sleep apnea, the respiratory system is inhibited so that often causes fatigue.
5. Other causes
- Degenerative diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis
- Chronic fatigue syndrome (myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME)
- Excess use of alcohol and drugs such as cocaine and morphine
- Medications such as antihistamines, diuretics and drugs to control blood pressure
